Adopt a Pet

The more information we have, the better we can match your requirements with the right dog and or cat. At Whiskers in the Wildflowers, we realize one of the most important aspects of any successful adoption is pairing the pet with the right forever home.

If you have seen a dog or cat on our website that you would like to meet, please indicate that in your application. However please realize that any particular animal may already be pending an adoption by another adoptee.


After we receive your Adoption Application – you will receive an email within a few days from our adoption coordinator.

I have read the above prerequisites and certify that I am a qualified adopter. I acknowledge that I still need to agree to the terms of Whiskers in the Wildflowers’ adoption contract.

Are you willing to housebreak your dog?
Have you ever crate-trained before?
Please check all of the behaviors you are unwilling or unable to deal with, tolerate, or work through until resolved:
Do you rent? If so, do you have a copy of your pet addendum?
Have your pets been around other cats/dogs before?
Are your current pets current on their shots?
Are you willing and able to take responsibility for this pet for the duration of its lifetime?

I certify that the information entered above is true and that false information may result in nullifying this adoption.I also authorize my veterinarian to release my veterinary records on my personal pets to Whiskers in the Wildflowers.


I authorize Whiskers in the Wildflowers to contact me by phone, email or in person at the information released in this application.


I agree to pay the adoption fee, as required. I understand that the Whiskers in the Wildflowers adoption fees are applied to defray the costs of medical care for our adoptable dogs and cats. We are an all volunteer organization and 100% of donations and adoption fees go towards the well-being and adoption of animals in our care.


I agree to all provisions of the Whiskers in the Wildflowers contract. I acknowledge that if I break the contract terms – I may be subject to criminal and civil prosecution.
